![]() | Doug Anderson, VP of Sales and Marketing Doug Anderson is an experienced senior sales and marketing executive with 20 years’ experience and a record of advancing revenue growth, market expansion, and channel development. He has spurred sales for companies at all stages of growth and has worked in a number of technology sectors, including public and private companies. Anderson has had notable success in bringing new technologies to market, including Lotus Notes, Saros Mezzanine, and Cellular Technical Services’ Blackbird platform. He is also a SaaS sales and marketing pioneer. Prior to joining Powerit Solutions, he founded his own business consulting company, Differentiation Group. ![]() | Fredrik Färjh, European GM Fredrik Färjh offers a mix of entrepreneurial experience, technical knowledge and sales and marketing expertise to the Northern Europe headquarters of Powerit Solutions. With more than two decades of experience with climate control systems, he has been a directional force for companies such as Honeywell AB while his in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing helped increase revenues and visibility for companies such as Tour & Andersson AB. In the mid-nineties, Färjh founded NovoClima which was acquired by TeknoTerm AB the following year. This venture allowed him to experience virtually every role within the climate control industry, from invoicing to regional management. "Powerit's innovative technology is making an impressive impact in both commercial and industrial building technology. ![]() | Leon Suh, CFO Leon Suh is Powerit’s Chief Financial Officer. Leon leads finance, administration, IT, human resources and customer operations for Powerit. Leon brings over 18 years of financial, strategic planning, M&A and operational management experience. Previous to Powerit, Leon held financial leadership positions at DataChannel, Inc., AT&T Wireless and The Cobalt Group, Inc.. Leon began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP. ![]() | Jeff Cook Jeff Cook, Managing Director, Heartland Capital Advisors. Jeff is an Owner and Managing Director of Heartland Capital Advisors. In this capacity, he leads Heartland's capital advisory services focused on aligning top of class real estate development and operating platforms with major national and international capital investors. Jeff's extensive experience lends to this role, as he has handled numerous corporate operations, mergers and acquisitions and real estate finance and development to help both investors and real estate operating companies identify, enhance and sustain long-term value. Prior to forming Heartland Capital Advisors, Jeff served as the President and COO of StellarHoldings, a privately held real estate investment and development company headquartered in Seattle with operations in the Pacific Northwest, Sweden and Poland. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford University, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of: Penford Corporation (NASDAQ:PENX, where he previously served as CEO and CFO); Port Blakely Company (a private timber and real estate company based in Seattle with operations in the Pacific Northwest and New Zealand), Powerit Solutions (a Seattle based emerging technology company in the energy field); and Eoscene Corporation (a privatebusiness portal software company). He also previously served on the board of ByggVesta AB (a wholly-owned Swedish subsidiary of Stellar Holdings). |
![]() | Robert M Day Rob Day is a Partner with Black Coral Capital, based in Boston. He has been a cleantech private equity investor since 2004, and acts or has served as a Director, Observer and advisory board member to multiple companies in the energy tech and related sectors, currently including Digital Lumens (www.digitallumens.com), Next Step Living (www.nextsteplivinginc.com), Powerit Solutions (www.poweritsolutions.com), and Zeta Communities (www.zetacommunities.com). Rob is the Chairman of the Cleantech Open – Northeast Region (www.ice-cleantechopen.com). Rob was previously a co-founder of the Renewable Energy Business Network, a non-profit organization which was acquired in 2009 by the Clean Economy Network, now part of the Advanced Energy Economy (www.aee.net). Since 2005 he has also authored the website Cleantech Investing (www.cleantechvc.com), which currently appears on GreentechMedia.com. Formerly a consultant with Bain & Company, Rob has worked with companies and evaluated private equity transactions in the energy/ utilities, telecom, IT, medical/pharmaceutical, and retail industries. Earlier in his career, Rob was a member of the World Resources Institute's Sustainable Enterprise Program, where he co-authored the report The Next Bottom Line: Making Sustainable Development Tangible. Rob received his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University), and his BA at Swarthmore College. |

Olsson A seasoned executive with more than 35 years’ experience leading public, private and start‐up companies, Claes Olsson served as Powerit Solutions’ group CEO and president from 2006 to end of 2010 and was named chairman of the board in 2010. Under Olsson, Powerit Solutions completed two successful funding rounds and was named one of the world’s top 100 private cleantech companies in 2009. Despite the recent recession, Powerit Solutions’ customer base grew to include such marquee customers as Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), Kellogg’s, General Mills, Cannon-Muskegon, Dannon and Gallo. Prior to serving as Powerit’s President and CEO, Olsson was CEO of Powerit PS AB, Powerit Solutions’ European predecessor. At Powerit PS AB, he led a turnaround and transfer of control that ultimately refocused on the U.S. operation. Olsson was a consultant and investor from 1997 to 2003, and he co‐founded or founded six companies in the Seattle area and Sweden. |
