A seasoned executive with a successful track record that ranges from Fortune 50 companies to venture-backed startups, Kevin Klustner has led companies into new markets, increased revenues dramatically, and helped companies take leading positions in their markets.

Doug Anderson is an experienced senior sales and marketing executive with 20 years’ experience and a record of advancing revenue growth, market expansion, and channel development. He has spurred sales for companies at all stages of growth and has worked in a number of technology sectors, including public and private companies.

Anderson has had notable success in bringing new technologies to market, including Lotus Notes, Saros Mezzanine, and Cellular Technical Services’ Blackbird platform. He is also a SaaS sales and marketing pioneer.

Prior to joining Powerit Solutions, he founded his own business consulting company, Differentiation Group. The Bellevue, Wash.–based firm provided a variety of sales and marketing services to technology companies in the U.S. and elsewhere.

Fredrik Färjh offers a mix of entrepreneurial experience, technical knowledge and sales and marketing expertise to the Northern Europe headquarters of Powerit Solutions. With more than two decades of experience with climate control systems, he has been a directional force for companies such as Honeywell AB while his in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing helped increase revenues and visibility for companies such as Tour & Andersson AB.

In the mid-nineties, Färjh founded NovoClima which was acquired by TeknoTerm AB the following year. This venture allowed him to experience virtually every role within the climate control industry, from invoicing to regional management.

Greenwalt is part of the strategic management team at Powerit Holdings, operating out of their international headquarters in Seattle, WA. Greenwalt has 22 years of product development & engineering experience from Applied MicroSystems, Motorola and makes the move to Powerit from WatchGuard where he served as Director of Engineering.

Suh is part of the strategic management team at Powerit Holdings, operating out of their international headquarters in Seattle, WA. Suh has 15 years of financial and operational management experience in the technology sector working for DataChannel, Inc., AT&T Wireless and most recently at The Cobalt Group, Inc. where he served as their Director of Finance and Corporate Controller.

Suh began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP in their Assurance and Advisory business services division out of Seattle where he worked for more than four years. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University.

Richard “Dick” Winsemius is a foundry industry veteran with expertise spanning plant management, improvements and operations.

Winsemius, an engineer, joined Powerit Solutions’ corporate advisory board in September 2010. In this role, he spearheads industry outreach and works to expand Powerit’s already impressive list of foundry customers. Winsemius assists Powerit in developing partnerships with industry organizations and suppliers, as well as with product development, applications and technical support.

Jim Peterson is an engineer who has designed, built and retrofitted industrial refrigeration systems, domestically and abroad, since 1980. His expertise spans freezing, chilling, storage and space cooling solutions for all types of food and beverage plants—red meat, poultry, seafood, entrees, vegetables and potatoes, dairy and ice cream, wine and other beverages, and freeze drying. Peterson joined Powerit Solutions’ corporate advisory board in 2008. In that role he lends his expertise to product development, applications and technical support for Powerit’s growing list of food and beverage customers. He stays on top of industry trends in the food and beverage field and acts as a liaison between Powerit’s work to plug industrial businesses into the smart grid and ongoing advances in processing and refrigeration.
